Oral presentations
All oral presenters are expected to submit their presentation slides (in pdf) through this link (https://forms.gle/3gujyTAjBsJivU4P6) by EOD April 29. The workshop organizers will help set up the presentations on the conference device. If any change is made after April 29, presenters can bring their presentations on a USB stick in the coffee break 10 minutes before the session starts and to liaise with the session Chair and volunteers.
The length of the regular oral presentations is: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes questions.
The length of the shared task overview oral presentations is: 12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes questions.
The length of the shared task tech oral presentations is: 3 minutes presentation + 2 minutes questions.
Please name your files according to the submission number.
Poster presentations
Each poster has 3 minutes oral presentation + 2 minutes questions (in-person or online). All poster presenters are expected to upload the electronic version of their poster (in pdf, which will be pasted on the poster boards) and a slides (in pdf) through this link (https://forms.gle/3gujyTAjBsJivU4P6) by April 29. Please name your files according to the submission number. For example, 9_slides.pdf and 9_poster.pdf.
The poster stands have the following size: A0, vertical (portrait orientation). Please make sure that you fix your poster before the poster session. (11:10-11:50 am on May 4) When the poster session finishes, presenters are asked to remove their posters.
[Notice:The poster printing service is close by 26, April. Three posters are printed: 09_poster_Martijn Naaijer.pdf, 15_poster-Eric.pdf,9_poster-吳定霖.pdf ] If you will attend online, but you want to paste the poster on the workshop's board, please submit the poster's pdf file before 26 April. The workshop organizers will then help to print and paste the posters on the workshop board. But no change is acceptable after 26 April. The service is sponsored and will be carried out by the student committee. So it is free of charge.
Please make sure each paper has at least one registered author.
